Built in Queens, For Queens

In 2006, Vinod K. Gadura opened Gadura Real Estate LLC on 101st Avenue in Ozone Park. He had one goal: to give the working families of South Queens a real estate agency that understood them — their culture, their languages, their needs, and their dreams.

At the time, South Queens was underserved by large brokerages that didn't speak Hindi or Punjabi, didn't understand the multi-family market that drives the neighborhood, and treated clients like numbers rather than people. Vinod built something different.

Twenty years later, the Gadura family continues to operate from the same office, serve the same neighborhoods, and hold to the same principle: every client who walks through our door is treated like family. Today, Vinod's son Nitin and associate Gaurav Bhardwaj carry that mission forward with the same integrity and dedication.
